I believe the starting question was "so how do you feel about women?". Elon said he liked women. And then the hole-digging started with the riff about women weren't as technical as men. And yeah, that just didn't end well.

My immediate reaction was "cut his mic". It's like I heard it in slow motion. It was agonizing.

The sad part is that many of us knew what he wanted to say and no force of collective will could help him correct course.

Let's not forget that OMD also did Electricity- another pretty cool synthpop song that has since had a fairly decent remake by Apoptygma Berzserk. I actually did play Tesla Girls as the first song when I got my Leaf. Kind of a weird Gen-X ceremonial thing I guess. Still love the song. Still love the album.

Growing up as a kid in the 80's in the UK I remember this song well....minor hit for OMD but for some reason it just really stuck. Play it in the car a lot :smile:
