Tesla Semi being towed

Wonder if they are towing them to a Service Center to be repaired or back to the factory? Maybe these are preproduction trucks to be tested by companies before purchase. The delivery wasn't really a delivery and it was just a show
There's no way these aren't real trucks. There's no way Pepsi or Tesla would want these trucks to be seen getting towed after getting stranded on the side of the road with a trailer attached.

Once, you could chalk up to being a fluke, but twice is one coincidence too many.

Now it's possible the Pepsi truck was simply being towed between Pepsi locations for some reason, but it's got to be a lot cheaper to pay someone to drive it than pay someone to tow it.

If it's an issue like the truck shut down unexpectedly, I hope Tesla fixes this quickly. Tesla Semi drivers probably know not to drive lower than 10% on a charge if possible. May be generally keep it between 15% - 90% to be safe. It would be nice to have mobile Megachargers if one of these Semis runs out of power, and at least mobile 30 kW chargers for the other Teslas. Just so you can get to the next Megacharger / Supercharger.

At the risk of being called a name, the OP's picture is circumstantial evidence at best. The picture shows all vehicles stopped and does not show any hook up between trucks. Nor does the article offer anything beyond circumstantial. The article's second pic also does not show a hook up.

At 9 seconds you can see the Yellow Truck wheel with the lift bar around it and the Tow truck operator has the control in his hand. There is also a cable that is leaning against the bottom of the fender and up and over the mirror. In the picture of the Blue truck the front of the Truck is raised and the Truck is not level

Good observation! It does take more than a glance at a photo or video to figure out what's going on.

In the video with the orange one, sure, you can see the towing hookup/activity. I don't see that in the original still picture of the blue one. It just looks like a bunch of vehicles stopped at a stop light, where the truck in front of it happens to be a tow truck, and some dude assumed and took the picture, so he could re-post it to finger point. It looks all wheels flat on the ground to me, which doesn't seem how you would tow a semi.

As ThomasD pointed out "In the picture of the Blue truck the front of the Truck is raised and the Truck is not level".

This might be helpful to see what ThomasD was referring to. Look at the front wheel of the Tesla Semi. You can see it through the windows of the gray car. The front wheel is not level with the rear wheels, it's elevated a bit.
