Sell order in at $8008.5
I was thinking of that, except why would they need to cover up two vehicles that have already been released?

Steal sales from the Plaid S.I wonder what an 80k Plaid 3 would do in the Tesla lineup.
I’m thinking it’s because they wanted after hours market closed.Honestly they really should start these things at 5PM PST

I'd say a confirmation since that's what Tesla said it would be.And an information leak:
They let people in at 7pm. They will start speaking at 8:30pm if it starts on time, so 11:30pm for us east coasters. And 15 minutes past midnight (east coast) if they are 'late' like they have been so often. What time is the event today?
Sunset is around 8 pm tonight, the need it to be dark for the ride through the "They've gone to Plaid" light tunnel.Honestly they really should start these things at 5PM PST
Ugh, I know. It will be rough buying a new 3 AND a Cybertruck this year but hopefully the stock wakes back up before then.I guess I am going stay late tonight because if that happens I will order one.
Remember the Model Y event? They drove everything on the stage.Would it make sense to drive a new Model S on the stage that everyone has already seen and they're already all over the place?
I have 3 CTs on orderI hope you have a Cybertruck on order, as you can hang those brass balls on it for sure!
Flying through the lights at 1:32: Wow!
Thank you for your generous support! No worries - just gave me an excuse to finally toss some coins your way to take a peek. Been meaning to for awhile now anyway. Thanks for all the content these past few months!
Here you go...
I agree with you assumption that they might (30% chance) drive something new onto the stage. I just highly doubt that it will be the the roadster, as that will take away the spotlight from the MS Plaid. Plus the Cybertruck long overdo for a reveal, with production imminent...Ok so comments.
I'l sign up for the closer footage soon but the under covers car appears just to be a chassis unit, nothing special.
I absolutely am not planning on them unveiling anything, HOWEVER, they clearly are going to drive something onto the stage. Would it make sense to drive a new Model S on the stage that everyone has already seen and they're already all over the place? My bet on them unveiling something, or showing off an updated Cybertruck or Roadster just went from 5% to 30%. "UPC code"is clearly rumble strips for quality testing. I drove over something similar at the GM proving grounds while testing cars in the past.

Big difference. the Roadster and semi are not competing in the same market and not on WOW specs (read speed). If they are promoting the MS plaid as the fastest production car ever! I would assume they want people thinking that as they go to sleep tonight, dreaming about it. Not to be outdone 5 min later at the same event by a faster production car...i don't think Tesla has a problem with upstaging the main subject of a presentation. The Semi reveal was upstaged by the "one more thing" Roadster reveal. Battery Day was upstaged by the "one more thing" Plaid reveal.
