North Houston not as helpful, didn't even indicate they could do that. Did they also tell you your ship date from CA. Wondering if cars were on the same load though I paid by cash by cashiers check on July 23rd. I was told it was shipped on Aug 9 but it's not clear from where.

Just looked at the Tesla Factory on Google Earth, they had two separate sets of rail spurs for loading cars onto trains... until they tore them out in 2016 and 2017. Smart.

Not sure when it left CA. I believe it was last in Richmond before it left the state on rail car.

No problem. When I called my delivery center (Cedar Springs), I asked the rep to ping the car for its location. I did this for about a week and tracked it on rail. It was stuck in Amarillo for three days before it arrived in Fort Worth on Aug. 21. I paid cash for the car on Aug. 9.

That's interesting, when I called Cedar Springs on 8/25 the rep told me he doesn't get the status of the car's location and he doesn't know the status of the transportation until the car shows up at the DC.

This is where Tesla really rubs me the wrong way, you can ask the same question to 5 different people in that company and get 5 different answers. A f'ing SOP would be nice…

Have you posted those VINs?
These were delivered Sat to North Houston:

So....now my VIN has changed on their website. Originally it was JF035665 now its JF051058. My delivery dates have now changed from having a date of 8/21/ then 8/24 which didn't happen and now show Aug 18 - Oct 18. Does anyone know how to see anything more about these? The first number never showed up in the United Road site, and the last 8 of the other tie to a mercedes in WI so that's not the right car.

So my ISA called my wife this morning and our car arrived in Houston today. He is trying to get us rescheduled to pick it up early.
Is it on the list I posted above? This would further reinforce the "siloed" aspect someone reference earlier, and also what I experienced.

Your car probably arrived a [business] day or two ago, but the delivery team doesn't know that (or isn't allowed to say) until the back-of-shop prep team checks it in or otherwise clears it for delivery.
