I am at 1 year and 26,000 miles, range charge on 5.8.4 is 250.

Just hit 5,000 miles over the past weekend. Exactly 4 months since taking delivery.

It'd be only 2,500 miles in 4 months if it wasn't for the two trips I made to the Bay Area.

One year anniversary on Dec 28... 25,034 miles...haven't range charged for over 3 months, so I have no idea if there has been much degradation.

A the Washington meetup there was one owner with 64k miles. He reported 242 miles on a range charge.

I am on my last miles to hit 25k. Range charge was 249 miles, standard 218.

I think that guy posts on the other forum. If it is the same one he said that the Tesla folk recommended he keep his car at 100% SOC for some time to let the battery balance fully. He has gained back a lot of indicated range since then, he is back to almost 260 miles IIRC.

I don't believe so because there are so many other factors. In any case, the state of charge (SOC) is always an estimate at best.

I'm just over 21k miles, std charge varies 225-228 max charged just this minute to 260.

There is no warranty limitation related to distance driven for 85 kWh battery. For 60 it's 200K km for Europe within 8 years.

I've had my 85 for exactly 9 months as of today. I'll also turn over 20K mikes today.

I've not let a range-charge complete in a while... but I'm in at least the mid-to-high 250's..

The 242 report was from Feb 15th or 16th so unless the balance and 260 is newer than that, that's what he's getting. He was getting 260-ish when he was at ~40k miles.

For the battery, yes. But the rest of the car is "Four year or 50,000 mile, whichever comes first, new vehicle limited warranty" (from the Model S Spec page)
