But then again they saw something called "performance package" and consciously chose not to select it.I’d bet many wouldn’t have justified paying the vast majority of the price bump over AWD to be considered AWD+ and get left out of bonus features.
Is there any official confirmation of this? Last I heard, Elon stated that all Performance cars (presumably all Performance model 3) will get track mode:
