Just received this text. I have vin in source code. Hopefully no long to wait for delivery date confirmation.

Also received this, excited. When do you all expect the delivery to happen off the back of this message? It’s still showing 14-28 June.

Was June just returned to May 2022

Same around 3pm my EDD went from June 15-30 to May 2022, so my default EDD from when I originally ordered. I hope this means we get a car allocated soon. I'll be so annoyed if they replace all the dealer demo M3s but delivery customer cars

Bear in mind all - we have a "VIN in source" - the VIN isn't official until it appears on the page without inspecting the source...

So in many cases - Octopus and Leasing co's may not have a VIN until its "official". Thats my current theory...!

I don’t expect the leasing companies to look at the source. As you say, once official they should be passing on the info.

Good question… I would like to know that too … I am not convinced it is a positive indication though … mine was showing as booked then got pushed back to Aug-Sept from the last week in June …

That is also what I am afraid of . I ordered in December 2021. M3LR.

A random data point: I had to postpone delivery in March. I received the “your vehicle is on the way” text at 9am and “your Model Y is ready to be scheduled for delivery” text at 3pm on the same day. The delivery dates were showing a few days later at the time.

So, seems like there is some hope to be able to get the car delivered in May for those who received the text message today.
