Here's a good one...
I picked up my new Model 3 last week and my wife didn't want it so I sold it to someone in another state.
I called Tesla today to have the car removed from my account and was told they "can't do that yet - the system isn't able to".
So now the new owner can't use his phone as a key and can't supercharge because I've removed the credit card from my account to ensure that I don't pay for his visits to the superchargers.
I asked when this capability would be in place and was told that they don't know.
Wow Tesla - I'm a huge fan, but this is basic stuff... I didn't ask to have my account associated with the car upon delivery, they just automatically do it.
Anyone else sell or buy one and run into this? Any work-arounds?
