I'm on 2.16.17 FW and I have the same menu on my 70D also. Haven't tried it yet. We 70D users need a speed bump anyway since it already is software limited.Just tried it and saw the menu on my 70D.
Has anyone tried this on a test drive yet? Does it actually change performance if something is selected?
Curious to hear wk057's thoughts.
I have a 60 and the rainbow road didn't work until an update pushed 2 nights ago. So there's hope you will get it.Doesn't work on my Classic 60
Would be nice if Tesla gave us an Easter Egg… No 007 for me (no air suspension…), No Rainbow Road...

I was on 2.15.50 when I tried it. I am now on 2.16.17.What version were you on?
Ah yes i have AP that could be the difference and would make sense now why you're not seeing it...I installed the update last night - will check again.
Does your 60 have Autopilot hardware? Mine is a Classic -- so no AP. There are some 60s with AP (produced for ~5-6 months before the 70 was introduced...)
On a P85D yes and most likely do works as its used on those cars trim to show the different power level to future customers during test drives.using v7.1 (2.16.17) and the "performance" code brings up 70, 90, 70D, 90D, and Max. This makes me curious.
I'll want to play around with power tools for actual measurement, but I was at 90% SOC this morning and selected "max." I launched from a complete stop and lost traction to a greater degree than I'm used to. Probably just a placebo effect, but we'll see what power tools has to say.On a P85D yes and most likely do works as its used on those cars trim to show the different power level to future customers during test drives.
And... though it's probably me imagining things... I think that "max" feels quicker and more aggressive than normal. So this could potentially be the option MotorTrend got access to. Or it could just be that "P90D" means insane and "Max" means ludicrous.
