Tesla said that the current line could handle the 2500 per week they said they could get to by end of March, and that the additional line was the ramp up

The article said "Tesla confirmed a small group of customers are receiving notifications Thursday based on when they placed their reservations."

We don't know how small. Could only be a handful of reservations being invited.
