The black trim / side panel (the one that butts the door) comes off giving you access to the internals of the dash in that area. You could probably find a way to zip tie that end a bit more snug.

I've got a cracking noise when accelerating/decelerating from this area underneath the plastic kickplate and foam floor seen on the passenger side. I haven't been able to get under the foam yet.

Surprising absolutely nobody, my car is stuck in Marietta GA because of a firmware hold. And the windshield is busted and needs to be replaced. Why they sent it to GA instead of my local delivery center is anyones guess. My frustration cannot be described.
