I love manuals, driving them since I was 13 years old! You get engaged fully with a car controlling it the way you want with three pedals! EV's don't have soul, just one pedal drive... Don't take me wrong, I like my wife's Tesla for super car acceleration but that's it.

Yep... but I added a hitch on April 13th that pushed my EDD to Jan 2023, which got me thinking that I went back in line. I prefer Nov-Dec delivery so I get 2023 model year :cool:

By CA law you have 3 years to claim DV from date accident occurred.

Good thread, thank you OP for starting it... I'm in the same boat with other in my family non Tesla vehicle where insurance is trying to low ball me. Anyone can recommend a lawyers firm in Sacramento or California to fight for a better DV?

My preferred method is to make lowest payment per month possible just in case I have a financial hardship to be able to make payments but if everything goes well as planned to make a second payment each month to pay off faster!

Today logged into my account via browser and "edit design" option popped up first time. EDD stated October. I added tow hitch, new electronic agreement states "Order placed with electronically accepted terms 04/13/22" EDD got pushed to Oct - Dec 2022. :rolleyes: Did I go back in line? LOL

DMV changed the system, right now new plates should be tight to VIN+current plate when placing an order, before was not the case. In 2021 I placed an order for two custom plates, had to wait 8-9 months to get it, good part they come to your mail box with new paper registration vs old days you...

I believe MYLR models being shifted by months due to Hertz huge order as a priority for Tesla, based on statistics from members here on the forum, MYP's are getting delivered relatively quick.
