I think the eligibility is determined by the date you order not the date of the final invoice. You should have received an email regarding the stamp duty from Tesla and in the email, Tesla attached the receipt of your deposit and the payment date. You use that as evidence to claim

It's two different thing. For the stamp duty, you pay and claim it back later. The $3000 is the rebate which I believe you also claim. The $3000 rebate does not apply to me because I am doing Novated Lease

Just got my final invoice updated. Mine says build 27-December-2023 and now with stamp duty of $2500 for the registration. Application for registration also been updated. Hope official email from Tesla will come soon

Does it include the stamp duty?

Just got email from Tesla that the final invoice will change to include stamp duty because we'll take on the delivery next year. We can claim it back from the Revenue NSW post-delivery. This is another inconvenience. Not happy Jen!

I believe the $400 is the deposit and you should be qualified to get the rebate and stamp duty exemption as long as you're within the threshold. Double check with Tesla.

Yeah, it's not right. I'm with SG Fleet and payment is ready to go but will not be paid to Tesla until I give them (SG Fleet) the confirmed delivery date. You don't want your salary deducted without the car
