I'm going with the 100,000th delivery.
They're well past 100k Model S. Last I checked the latest VINs assigned are 141xxx, and 100xxx has been around for months.
Rob is correct, range on a 100D would be roughly 330 miles.

I believe that on the Tesla page a 90D is rated at 302 miles. I would assume, using simple math (what else?) that a 100D would be eleven percent more, or 335 miles. Of course we could be talking nonD (do they make those?)
