Just to be clear - the communications problems were before the DS contacted me, and I assume he was just assigned. We'll see how it goes from now on.Today is day two of my window - Jan 27 - Feb 10. Because I called, today received email from DS with VIN.
The pre-delivery MVPA says FEB-MAR
The email from DS says two to three weeks, but that appears to be a canned message.
Too many dates.
Communications does not seem to be a strong point at Tesla.
Two weeks ago I emailed concerning the availability of the J1772 adapter, as I absolutely must have one. No answer to date.
Two weeks ago mailed a large down payment check, requesting acknowledgment of receipt. Nothing heard, so sent email a week ago, nothing heard. They have it - shows on my bank statement.
