But is it really production constrained? maybe they are lying and really they are demand constrained and are holding back production... I mean right now production is 0, so clearly they must be purposefully delaying the build of these products to artificially inflate their numbers. (I don't really think this, and am disgusted to even write it, but I know that will be the arguments/claims by people)

He said late '17.
