Not to denigrate the benefits in Missouri, but how is the ruling consequential in jurisdictions beyond the borders of Missouri? Also, I have read that "lack of standing" is an appellate judicial cop-out to avoid addressing the substantive issues in a legal dispute on their merits. Is that incorrect?
Not good. There is just no inventory available for last minute purchases. Tesla has been bringing down inventory levels since October. If you want an inventory car now, there are very slim pickings. However, if Tesla decided to sell every demo and loaner car they have in the USA, it could goose 4Q sales by probably 3K cars if it was confirmed that the tax credit is gone in 2018.
So we could have a scenario where more vehicles are delivered than produced (for S/X) ...?
