42k is the official approx AVERAGE SELLING PRICE, not base price, which is 35k.

Pardon my "English" .. but thats why I added "approx base price".
base is 35K, but the approx selling price will be 42K .. heard it from the horses mouth itself

.. and you are right, average is better than approx to convey the true meaning here.

100B market cap is virtually guaranteed by the end of the year. Only question is how quickly.

My bet is that it will happen by July unveil.

That makes sense, just wanted to make sure you (and anyone new enough to TSLA to not know the quote) had it clear. English is a PITA of a language. (Pain in the ass, in case English acronyms are hard too)

#1 they don't believe/lack of conviction
#2 not betting big/ being too conservative
#3 selling too soon/ lack of patience
#4 need to be right more than need to make money
#5 listening to others' opinions/ self doubt

Did he miss the part where we've given hundreds of specific reasons he's wrong?

Although the most important one is the batteries.

He keeps saying TSLA is screwed because of all the competition coming in 2018-2020, but none of them have enough batteries to compete at scale.

He lacks the mental flexibility to accept new info or alternative views. He wants to be "right" with the thesis that he started with.
