No radar installed, they only have cameras (and sonic sensors). There are currently 3 main software flavors of vision only cars, 2021.4.x, .3.x, and .11.x. The .4.x are the ones from May to mid-July and are getting semi-regular updates and they can all look forward to getting 2021.4.21.10 or later in the coming days. The .3.104.x and later .3.x cars from mid-July to late August have not received any updates and the .11.x cars from late August to now have not received any updates either.
There are reported rare exceptions where a car with one of these versions gets updated to the very latest build, but we're talking tens out of tens of thousands.
EDIT: Note that European cars still come with radar and are also in these version families, so it isn't so much a vision-only thing and is more likely the IC shortage microcontroller thing.
