Unlikely. As per prelim report only the S & X have it at this point in time. Tesla Model S/X spotted with new Hardware 4.0 suite of cameras
Specific from the article: He couldn’t find any Model 3 or Model Y vehicles at the factory with the new hardware.

What inside information do you have? The 7500 credit remains in place until the fed credit battery standards meeting which is happening some time in March. If the battery qualifies the credit remains 7500. If it doesn’t the credit is halved.
I am not eligible for the tax credit, so it is not a factor in my case. The price drop and the continued wait for the Cybertruck are my main factors for the order.

Thank you. I will pick up at Lyndhurst. I will flight to Hopkins airport from WI and pick it up. It is 6 1/2 hour by car.
No inside info. But if the IRS releases guidance prior to delivery that TSLA doesn't qualify for full $7.5K I'm out. Only q: is whether they will refund the $250 if they fail "timely" delivery (and constantly postpone dates). My order has no options other than 7 seats so it might be last in line, but easy for TSLA to sell if I back out
