I just pulled the trigger on the update. Was hoping for the Red Underline on the screen.

Why? It’s not an upgrade to P-power. It’s just an upgrade. Plus, who cares? I mean, I get annoyed in the Tesla app that my car doesn’t have red brake calipers. That makes way more sense that it should!

Can someone post about the 55mph pull to 80+? Is there any differences? I don't want to spend $2k if it's only a burst launch from 0-40mph.

Interested in seeing lap times in the future. Hope someone take the upgraded car to Laguna Seca with non upgraded AWDs.

That's a really good question. I just purchased the upgrade, but might have thought twice about it if range was reduced. Seems like if that was the case, they would have to mention in the purchase disclaimer.

Says it improves acceleration from 4.4s to 3.9s. Currently available in “Upgrades” in my Tesla account...

The real question is..... Is half a second really worth it? How much HP does that equal too??

1/2 sec to 60 is HUGE. That is like going from an Audi S3 to a RS3. A S5 to a RS5. BMW M340 to M3....

Think this really comes down to driving style. Sure, if you floor it at every light then it will result in less range.

No. This is 100% related to the tires and 20” wheels.

When I purchased, I seemed to recall reading that the car would display some sort of indicator along with the web invoice. Seems odd the only indication is the Chill - Sport Toggle.

Note: I haven't driven my car yet, weather isn't that great out here.
