Can you provide us with more details? Were you using Summon to exit a parking space (just reversing) or trying to move the car forward into a parking space (just forward)?

Or the 'come to me' feature of Summon?

Yes. It was the option of come to me. I was just 5 or 6 cars away ! The car was to move forward and turn left. It just barely moved forward and veered left into the car beside it.

They're supposed to be visible, which is why they're mounted to the outside of vehicles.

License plate number is NOT personal information (PII).

Court: License plates must be displayed, so by definition they aren’t private.

This is certainly not the first thread (nor will it be the last) where someone says the equivalent of " Why did my car let me run into my garage door?"

Its an obvious attempt to deflect, and is much different than " I crashed my vehicle when using summon, here is what happened".
