Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

Vossen sales representative answered to my question about the nice VFS-2 wheels. They offer 20x9 +35 and 20x10.5 +42 for the tesla Model 3. Hub Rings 72.56 - 64.1 will be included since the wheels don’t come 64.1.
For my car option AWD, I don’t need staggered mount and I will choose 20x9 +35 wheels all around.
Maybe someone of you can give me your idea about the tire sizes indicated to avoid range decrease:
235/35ZR20 or 245/35ZR20?

Are they not the ones on the wheel guide for the m3: The Tesla Model 3 Wheel and Tire Guide
Admittedly in gloss black, so a little hard to see - though can imagine better.

1. Tesla 20" Sport can only be bought from the online Tesla store.
2. It's not staggered #boo
2. The wheel set has to be delivered & installed at a Service Center. Not sure if labor is a freebie.
3. In addition to the wheel set, the 20" Wheel & Tire package comes with 2 upper fore arm links for the rear suspension.
4. Here's the kicker: Tesla will charge almost 4 hours of labor to install these fore arm links. Pic below. So expect to spend another $400-500 in unforeseen labor charges.

@yearofthedragon My understanding was that everything mentioned (parts, labor, etc) was included with the $4000 price tag?

Grip is so much better than the OEM 18" Primacy MXM4, especially initial turn in response. I was surprised to find out that they were even quieter than the OEMs too. Tires still need to be cleaned and dressed next time I wash the car.
