The Uberturbines are a +35 offset :) . Of note, camber also plays a big role; more camber from lowering or especially from aftermarket parts also changes relative “flush” fitment.

Here is a “+17” on the front of my M3P with 275s and 3.2 degrees of camber ;) .

Brain fart. Yes, mine are +35 like the urburturbines. No idea why I said 45.
With that said, I now wonder how 275 wide at +35 affects clearance for lowering.
Yours looks lovely! How large of a drop is that?

Down around 1.4” I believe! I have had to play with the drop a bit to mitigate rubbing here and there.

I’d I think I have seen that a 275 on a +35 would be fine on an M3P without camber mods, though might have more issues on aftermarket rotors or LR brakes. Some quick triangle math says an extra 2 degrees of camber pulls the tire shoulder further inward by about 16mm, hence how I can get away with my aggressive offset.

Interesting. I have the P but curious why LR brakes would be an issue— aren’t they smaller in dimensions?

I’ll likely play it safe and just drop 1”.

Side note, I wish there were more designs for side camera covers. I purchased the same ones you did but it looked cartoonishly aggressive on my car. Probably your large wing balances out that look. The only design I like is $300 for a little piece of CF

The LR rotors have thicker hats which change offset by -4mm. My current aftermarket rotors are 5mm thicker than stock.

And funny enough, I suppose one man’s “cartoonishly aggressive” is another’s “oh, they are still there” because I barely notice mine :p .

275/30r20 squared is the perfect fitment to avoid wheel spacers

I have those exact tire size and brand on my MP3 on Uberturbines. They are wider and look great, but the resonance sound at a few different speeds is annoying and I can't wait to replace. With the stock rims it does have a bit of roll over into the edge of the tire on the fronts, so the side of the tires get worn faster. Driving 320WH per mile, or about 290 trying really hard. I did put 4mm spacers on all corners for more subtle look and stock studs. I'll probably add another 4mm in the back and lower 1.5" soon.

Looking for some help about fitment,
2022 Model 3 Stock Suspension...

Gram Lights 57DR and both paired with Falken FK510 tires and not sure about the fitment:
1) 18x9.5 +22 with 245/35/18
2) 18x9.5 +38 with 245/45/18 or 265/40/18

Open to any other suggestions and lug nut recommendations.

18x9.5 et22 should go up to a 255/40R18 That will likely have the best fitment for you and fill the gap a bit. You could opt for 57DRs in 19x9.5 et25 like I have on my car but I'm also running 265/35R19s.
Especially with M3LR (or SR) brakes, +22 offset will stick out about a quarter inch outside the top of the fender if running anything larger than a stretched 245/45R18 without significantly increasing negative camber.

I'm on factory camber arms running less than -2 degrees front and rear with 19x9.5 et25 front 19x9.5 et22 rears both with 265/35R19s.

Stock suspension, do 18x9.5 +38 on 265/40/18.

Good pairing with RAYS 19HEX Locking Lug Nuts.

Offset question here!

Looking to custom make some 19' BBS LM's for my M3 LR. It has been lowered on eibach springs and at the moment it has 18' aeros with 17mm spacers in the front & 20mm at the back. Looks pretty flush.

Is it possible to jump to the new 19 wheels without using spacers? Square set up and keep it 8.5. Any recommendations on the ET on the new wheels?

Pic of the car for ref!

If you're going "custom" you should not need spacers. The whole point is to get the fitment you want without any spacers.
