Unfortunately my app doesn't swipe left , the main screen looks like this and its version 4.23..2-1815 (app) 2023.20.8 (car)so fully up to date
Any ideas?

Tap the “person” icon at the top right and select “Add / Remove Products”, then “Wall Connector”. Follow the onscreen instructions from there.

Thanks for the heads up but my add/remove products only has vehicle, power wall and solar inverter available - not wall connector. This is a bit odd as normally anything associated with UK is also applied to Ireland due to RHD etc.
