I don't know if there will be a major announcement or event.
Just final pricing and options go live, tied to when the first model 3 is delivered to employee. Which I imagine will be late July
Just you wait and see... they'll pull a switcheroo at the last minute and turn that into the Model 3 final reveal! Just like they'll swap out the decoys and show us the REAL steering wheel, dashboard, key card/fob, HUD, hatchback, wheels, roof, battery sizes, etc.I just got an invite to a Tesla Weekend Social event on July 9th. Looks like it's for the solar roof and Powerwall, not the Model 3. I'm still going to attend.
Ah, I see what you did thereWell, that'd be boring.
You never know! They are having Tesla Weekend Socials all across the country that day...Just you wait and see... they'll pull a switcheroo at the last minute and turn that into the Model 3 final reveal! Possibly, but remember that most manufacturers do their own testing and then report the results to the EPA. So, Tesla may well know exactly what the EPA rating is and just not be ready to tell anyone yet.Serious question, but doesn't Tesla need to have the Model 3 EPA certified before delivering even the employee-only 3's first? If they are going to count as real sales, Tesla needs the Monroney sticker on those cars, so doesn't that mean an EPA rating is imminent?
Here's a clue, find out SpaceX plans for July because it will happen when things are quiet there.
yea you are probably right... It may be a loooong monthJust a few more days until July! My guess is still the final announcement will be at the end of the month. Most likely the 24th or 25th, but possibly even the 31st.
Yes, July is one of the long ones!yea you are probably right... It may be a loooong month
