If you log out of app you cannot log back in. Going to try doing a soft reset on my Tesla center console to see if it somehow this fixes the issue.

Obviously not since it took six hours for it even to give the message it does now.
Someone in IT there needs to be fired. Seriously. First for no HA/DR (high availability/disaster recovery) plan and second for no message to clients when they are down (for six hours, I meant).
Yeah, you can try reconnecting. It seems very intermittent. Get your popcorn out for Sunday!Grabbing a bite while charging - app just fell over completely while I was trying to set the cabin temperature, now won't reconnect. Doesn't bode well.
