Are my lights broken?

So I saw another model S the other day with the daytime lights on and the lights went along the top then around the edge of the main headlight. Mine only seem to go around the edge of the headlight as shown in pic. I made sure it was a similar model as it had the new front bumper same as my 2018 model.

This is a widely reported issue. Tesla should cover under warranty but many owners have been reporting that the issue comes back. Some are on their 2nd, 3rd and even 4th replacement.

I’m having the same problem. Go to service in the app tell them daylight running lights are failing, upload pictures and they will make an appointment for a home service call. If you are in warranty, no charge. Otherwise they will quote a price.
