Oh I also had an email from Tesla seeing if I was sure I didn't want a trade in... cause they could open that up again in my account if I had one...

Not yet. I was asked to hold off in the email as in my case I need to resubmit a personalised plates form again (which still hasn't arrived )

Personally I was thinking Morning Crystal but my dates moved forward so maybe more likely Viking Passama now.
But less concerned now that a car exists.

I've had a quick look and I think I'll get my $15 worth to help track - on my $90,000 car.
My car just got about 1500-2000 cheaper so 15 meh.
Just looking at the tracker, around 14 days of RWD orders were assigned VINs on 16/07 and 17/07 (OD 20/1 to 4/2). If the assignment of VINs occurs 1-2 days after the cars build date, wouldn't that suggest that there may be 7-14 days worth of VINs assigned today and tomorrow (to account for builds on 16/07 and 17/07)? If for any reason the planned closure does not start from today we may see even more VINs assigned during the week.

That may mean that any car built yesterday and maybe day before still yet to be assigned. Feb orders have hope
I reckon early Feb orders would have a chance.

If you ordered before the discontinuation was announced, then yes the UMC is included, otherwise no. I think that announcement was 2 Jul.

LR is also now $10k more for the same spec:I paid 93k for my spec; that spec for a new order is now 103k.
It’s made the 8 month wait slightly more worthwhile
In Qld, $78k on road at lowest price, now (including 19 inch rims and MSM) it's $88k..
It's not often an asset appreciates before you even get it!
