Been thinking. There must be lots more VIN allocations this quarter. To just keep up, they need to deliver a quarter’s worth of orders each quarter, otherwise the backlog just grows and grows.

So far this quarter, LR & P orders have somewhat done that. They’ve been allocated from early December through to mid Feb? Not quite a quarter but getting close. RWD aren’t even close. Allocations are from early Jan to early Feb, with quite a few Jan still outstanding. . So clearly they NEED to deliver a lot more RWD this quarter just to maintain current backlog let alone reduce it.

The ballpark is 24 hours as in my case. But definitely not more than 48.

Did you have a trade-in? The SA I spoke to said it could delay the invoice until the price was finalized.

Hopefully that's a good sign they are going to do a run in time for Paglia and Turandot which are both due in Shanghai 14/8 and make it back in time for end of quarter deliveries.
Nz is in much the same boat, from what I can make out orders up to about mid Feb were mostly filled, but still plenty of Q1 orders outstanding to get the backlog cleared.

Same M3 configuration, although now wishing my order date of 12/02 was earlier; but hopefully you both will see VINs soon.

Hopefully we will see that all orders with an original 14-20 weeks lead time or earlier will be delivered this quarter. There is still time, comes down to if we see an AU production run early next month.

Yep , it’s all completed but this was back in Feb. probably need to ask my SA what the process is to get it refreshed. Hopefully doesn’t drop I’ve added a lot of kms ..

My VIN appears in code late June, but account has been saying we'll shortly upload an invoice ever since,
