I just received an email from Tesla: "Local Availability—Model 3", and indeed checking Perth stock there's 10 cars available right now, 6 RWD and 4 Performance.

Wait, didn't all the SA's say they are a mistake and aren't available?

My partner just got the same for Adelaide. We have 4 versions of the LR here, but I remember seeing some RWD's earlier.

My partner just got the same for Adelaide. We have 4 versions of the LR here, but I remember seeing some RWD's earlier.

I tried to get one of the RWD's and while an SA tried to switch me over to it, he also mentioned that it may well be part of an existing bug where a car has not been correctly allocated or a cancelled car has not automatically allocated to the next person.

The LR's though and a couple of Performance look to be legit available as he tried to offer me one and I calmly replied, if I could, I would.

Yeah I just got the same email! Wth, My car isn’t even here yet. I guess what I ordered vs what is available is different colour. Wonder if i changed my colour if I could get it sooner.

Yeah ditto. And all, bar a black one, optioned to take them over the WA Govt EV rebate limit. I’d like a simple white or blue, no other options. But no… The wait continues

According to marinetraffic, this is where the Viking Passama was at midday, hopefully with my car onboard (maybe another one or two as well) on its way to Brisbane! This was the first day that I got one of these, so I'll wait to see tomorrow's update to see if this actually updates correctly.

I don't think I'm on that boat, because my EDD changed from 6-19th to the 9-30th.

You absolutely could. That's what I did for my end of July order, and my car is being sent on a truck to me on Monday. I changed from black to grey and the car was automatically assigned to me.

I’m seriously considering cancelling. It’s too much annoyance to handle really. I think I’m just about done.

My May order the same. Was On TBD for few days now move back to 9-12months !!! Disappointed really!
