I just placed an order today, no reservation for a AWD non-p Model 3. My estimated delivery is between Nov '18 and Jan '19. What do you guys think the odds are getting delivery this year?
What's are the rest of the details of the configuration?

1888 line says I still have no IDA, no other info. Called the Portland delivery center and they said no VIN, and thus the car hasn't begun production. Seems a little incredible for a day 1 reservation, early configurer but go figure.
Remains to be seen. White interiors seems to be flying off the shelf. Black interiors seems to be back logged quite a bit still.18" Aero wheels

I had the same issue. Shot my delivery person a note asking them to open it up. It opened within 5 hours from sending the email. Knowing how swamped they are, emailing (when they know you'll call if they don't respond) might be the best overall. Of course, if they don't respond, call.Get on the phone and spend an afternoon trying to get the paperwork ready. With Tesla, constantly nagging them is sometimes the only way to get them to do anything.
Just got delivery confirmation today for Monday Sep 24th at 10:30am
At my local sc. also got loan approval through Tesla in about five minutes
online. Got a sms link to submit trade info as well., via iPhone.
Edit button is gone, account now shows delivery info instead, no vin that I can
see yet

Thank you!!! IT went smoothly for the most portion. Paper work got completed in 5 minutes. I was told there is no walk thru, but delivery specialist covered almost everything including linking Tesla from my phone and my wife's phone, user preferences, charging, and warranty. Felt a little rushed, but later realized that it's because of Delivery Specialist being sick with cold.Congrats! How’d it go?
Better than they've ever been! Most are hitting dead center of their targets- so here's to hoping you get it in early December!I just placed an order today, no reservation for a AWD non-p Model 3. I’m also waiting for my trade info. Let me know when you get yours and then I can hope. Financing was quick and easy.Just got delivery confirmation today for Monday Sep 24th at 10:30am

Tricia, are you financing through Tesla? You had said earlier and I have the same issue, before the CU approves the loan they need a MVPA which has VIN. I'm assuming you still do not have a vin. My theory is, under financing the form said (along with trade in pics) info on your financing source which, as it happens, the form knew about mine and filled in the info, that maybe Tesla would work directly with them??? But when I had 'complained' to Tesla about the initial commitment expiring, I was told Tesla's advice is do not apply for financing until you are given a VIN. By their new marching orders, that's within 5 days of delivery. The car w/vin is not ours, regardless of what ppl say, until we sign for it and take delivery...well...unless electronically signing the MVPA when it is sent counts. Tesla in Dedham MA said no, you sign for it upon delivery of car. This in response to my recounting the story of the guy in TX who had committed to pay for a car that was never delivered. (What...about a month ago?). So, long story short..there are some gray areas here. I tend to agree with @cmyke ! Before I said being on here always raised my BP, now it's giving me a headache.I’m also waiting for my trade info. Let me know when you get yours and then I can hope. Financing was quick and easy.
