So now that the end of quarter push is behind us, how much (if any) of a slow down down do you see taking place over the next several days? I would imagine everyone that works for Tesla is pretty much in need of a couple of days to find their sanity again. Trying to figure out the possibilities moving forward for those of us that were not fortunate enough to take delivery last week. congrats once again to those of you that are climbing into your wondermobiles this morning! I'm jealous!

yesterday my page changed to put in financing info and to confirm all the other aspects of my order (insurance, drivers license info, etc). Now it says they are drafting up my final contract and they will contact me for the final payment. Does this mean i am close? Or is this another instance of Tesla changing things and everyone got this?

You do have a sickness my friend. And congrats on the VIN! Hopefully the rest of us are not far behind you. I’m debating whether I should call in and talk to someone at Tesla today or be really nice and give them a day off from me.

Yeah, my page definitely changed yesterday morning as well. It went from "specialist reviewing your changes" (I needed to change payment method from cash to financing) to this:
Now just waiting on trade-in offer. Hopefully that won't take too long. Fingers crossed.

My page has said that for the past month. Could be you're close...could be you're not. I'm not sure anyone knows for sure right now.

My page had all the info on it. I've had 3 scheduled deliveries canceled. Now Sep-Nov delivery.
But the web page wants "final payment before delivery".
That isn't going to happen but I will call up my DS tomorrow and see what gives.
Lower on the page it says under Next Steps:
"Pay amount Due at Delivery"
Tesla seems confused, overwhelmed and a bit psychotic at the moment. I hope they had a great September.

I ach transferred the balance the day before my scheduled delivery and got the car the next day as scheduled. No payment at delivery time.
Is it possible that your scheduled deliveries were cancelled because funding was not secured?
I'd call to see why it was cancelled and if ach 1day before would keep the schedule.
I did not ACH. I came in with my bank check and personal checkbook for the down payment.
Like most, I will not pay site unseen prior to day of delivery.
However once I arrived Saturday, they were eager to collect prior to taking me to the car in their back parking lot. I relinquished as I expected a soon to be mad house and after confirming with the finance rep that if I find a defect I could come back in to reverse the transaction. Fortunately car was perfect and I was carefully looking for the common flaws (panel gaps, etc).

Makes sense.
I just had my third delivery cancellation yesterday.
Meanwhile, my first car payment will be coming out of my bank account on Friday.

Talked to Tesla this morning. Supposedly my car is on the truck in California. They did give me a VIN. So that is good news.

Congrats! I called this morning too. They have no idea what's going on with my order. Nobody could tell me anything. Well, I guess I will give them a few days to regroup after the push and try again.

They must let their employees recharge and for the management employees not normally involved in deliveries they need to get back to their regular work.
Continuing to push people at this pace would be foolish at best, disastrous at worst.

I agree completely. I noticed that nobody answered this morning at the Las Vegas facility that schedules deliveries. I hope that is a sign that they just shut it down for a day or so and let everyone regroup. I'll give them until Friday. Then...
I WANT MY CAR!!!! LOL!
