Mine is stuck there in Charlotte also. Msm Vin 57969 if anybody sees it. You can't get a hold of anyone in delivery there in Charlotte. I've been talking to my delivery advisor for a week now about my car being stuck in Charlotte. He says he keeps calling and emailing to get Charlotte delivery to check on it. I also have the Raleigh delivery manager requesting an update on my car for me. I've been trying to get them to inspect it just confirm it's really there and not damaged. Then I can finish my loan, take payment to Raleigh and set the delivery date in Charlotte. A lot of work on my part. They really should be better than this. Right now I'm just in limbo. Pretty frustrated really. Knowing the car is going to be awesome eases the pain a little.

I wonder if that red one with 19s in front is our car. We're waiting on Multi Coat Red, AWD, non-P, with 19s and the VIN ends in 54987. You didn't happen to spy the VIN on that one did you?

I know you didn’t ask me, however, I am having Kenny Electric do mine. He did some lights in the kitchen and was very nice. I asked him if he would do the car charger after he did the lights. I sent him the charger install PDF so he could look it over first.

Just got a call from the new (as of last week) delivery mgr. in Raleigh. He "assured" me that he put my VIN on the list to move this week, so delivery is still possible by the end of the week(end). He seemed intent on resolving the storage/delivery mess in Raleigh.
In addition to the storage lot that was lost as reported in other posts, he told me that Raleigh was storing cars on the street and the police finally told them to get them moved ASAP. That added to the moves to Charlotte. Still no excuse - looks like extremely poor planning on the part of Raleigh/Tesla mgmt. If you have seen the Raleigh "showroom", there is no way that it is sufficient for the long term, to say nothing of the present situation.

Car arrived in Raleigh on Tuesday. I went by the sales office today and saw the car. It has been inspected - no issues. I also did quick walk around and didn’t see anything amiss. Needs a little paint buff out and clean up which will be done tomorrow a.m. and I can pick it up immediately thereafter! Finally!

Picked up the car Saturday morning. No issues!

My Delivery Specialist said the Charlotte location can’t accept hand-delivered payments, cashiers check or otherwise. State law for some reason, although the Raleigh location is exempted/ grandfathered. So only options are prepay electronically or ACH at the time of pickup. Apparently your Tesla Account will be ready to receive ACH payments on the day of delivery. I’m scheduled for Sept 14 pickup and will try the ACH payment.

I just tried the backdoor edit design link, and it no longer works. I just keep getting redirected to the main account page. OMG. Am I reading in to this, or does this mean I am moving forward in the process. I am so excited I could poop.

That's awesome! There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Have you tried any of the local credit unions? You might get a better rate vs Tesla financing.
