Welp that was yesterday and now today just flat out says "September" again. July to June back to September. What a ride.

I have been stuck on "September" for 5 days now. Hopefully it updates soon.

I got Uniden R7 after some research, waiting for it to be delivered tomorrow. Had Valentines One before but weirdly it died all of the sudden just before I got my Y.

I also recommend the DaxM channel. Recently he's been doing a series of videos on his radar-free Model Y. He's had years of experience driving Teslas and I learned a lot in his most recent podcast. He plans to make his next podcast about ppf and ceramic coatings with the guy from the detail shop he goes to. Dax is a Tesla fan but not a fanboi. He calls it as he sees it.

Absolutely! Got my Valentine upgraded - haven't really needed it in the last several years since I've had a Prius . But now... well, I think I'm gonna need it again.

I have fuzz busters in all of my cars and trucks. Valentine and Escort. Typically I do clean, hard-wiring with a remote and mount under the rear view mirror. Not sure of the options I'll have in the MY

I got a Uniden R7 as well, how are you planning to pwr it? I used to run it to the fuse box before as it is not the case now. Do you have any recommendation?

I just ordered my Model Y LR White w/ White Seats and FSD today and my account has updated the delivery estimate to August 9 - August 29th. I'm located in the Tampa, FL area and currently don't own a Tesla (but I do have a Cyber Truck Preordered!)

3rd party finance sent me their portion via physical check 2 weeks ago. The loan is technically started although no payment needed first 90 days. I can see interest accruing when I login to the account.

That's messed up.

Tesla said they will cancel my delivery appointment for me to pickup car at local DFW SC if car wasn’t paid in full prior to my appointment date. Car is supposedly already at the local SC. I sent them down payment (significant $$, 50% purchase price) yesterday through the Tesla account. Did not use Plaid, entered my bank account & routing info manually. As soon as I’m back in town tomorrow, I will sign the DCU 3rd party check and priority overnight it to Tesla CA address. Email them a picture & provide tracking number. That according to SA is how it’s done in TX. A couple of folks here and on FB groups have verified that’s indeed the case for TX.

Thanks for the info, very helpful! While far from ideal, it helps to at least have a better understanding of the process here in TX.

Same, i'm glad to see movement in my ED indicating my order hasn't fallen through the cracks. In the last 3 weeks 7 of my neighbors have taken delivery of their MY's and a few of them have the same config as mine so we will definitely have a black/ black MY mafia here soon when mine arrives. haha. Plus my neighbors have been great, letting me drive theirs to get a feel for it for when it arrives and to hear their real world experiences so far.

Received my VIN yesterday evening 217XXX, ordered and finalized 6/10, MYLR 7 seater with FSD and in SoCal. I suspect FSD + being in SoCal pushed it up in the queue for the end of the quarter push.

dang that is one of the quickest I've heard, maybe b/c your SoCal location? I ordered 5/14, sigh

I currently have a radar detector on my car that I want to transfer over to my Y whenever I get it. I couldn't find much info any where about it, so planning to figure out once I have the car.

I don't remember which thread, but search the message boards. Many folks have done different styles of mount and wiring. Some have mounted to back of display, some on the rear view mirror. Some have hardwired and some have just hidden wires in the center console trim. Posts have linked to videos of installs too.

Talked to a SA last week after the "Payment now" emails to confirm the mistake.
While on the phone, this SA checked in on my delivery time. He confirmed my current times on the website.
The times on the account have not changed since then.

I think Tesla has to deal with lots of logistics, like sending cars to a particular location when they have enough cars to ship (there may be different config cars in a single load), and they may have to prepare delivery for multiple locations in a state. Also availability of trucks could be an issue.

I have similar EDD, SA told me that EDD will be stable in next few days. And it is currently around July 10-30

Had to agree to not having radar, clicked blue button, EDD 6/23-6/26
Uploaded insurance, now waiting to schedule delivery. Hopefully I don't have to cancel too many work meetings for pickup.
