well Murphy's law dictates that since next week is the ONLY week out of the year we will be out of town, I'm sure Tesla will want to delivery that week, hoping our car actually doesn't get delivered until after next week now

I've never ridden in or driven a Tesla and ordered one.

I am just glad that the only planned trips we have until October are trips closer to the delivery center than our house. So they would be doing us a solid if they scheduled delivery during one of our trips.

I'm rolling the dice... scheduled a trip to vegas for my birthday 8/22-8/25 so i'm really hoping that I can get mine before or after or work with the SA on a solution if it actually comes at the end of my current window - honestly not expecting it until first week of sept if the (3 month) trend holds.

I have. But we've had two Model 3s for ~3 years and have driven S & Xs. I told my kids the Y is a puffed up version of the 3, "like a puffer fish"

I had that same landing page and had to confirm about a month ago. Still no VIN here at least.

Weird, never saw that and it's been 5 weeks. When did you order? (hint: put order date that in your sig)

Good to see once folks on the West Coast get their VIN, usually a short turn around for scheduled delivery!

My EDD slipped by a week today as well, now 8/6-8/26. But, it has moved up by about the same amount over the wknd so we're basically back where we started. I'm concerned about "real-time" slippage, in the past 2-3 wks it's been slipping by a week every week.

Logged in just now to check my EDD and saw this message. Nearly sh*t myself. Sadly, it took me to the standard page showing the same EDD once I clicked it.

Very interesting. Looks like you're among several data points now that have clicked the Tesla Vision blue button, yet not issued a VIN. In the last few months those presented with the Tesla Vision page have immediately been issued VINs when they proceeded. The process continues to change!

Whoa!! At some point in last 10 minutes I came back from making coffee and saw the blue button. Clicked proceed and got a VIN 230xxx!! EDD now 7-11 weeks
