Well aware there's an overpromise/underdeliver attitude about custom orders, but this is getting ridiculous.
Ordered in April, with estimated delivery showing April. Spoke with local sales person, estimated first week of May. That came and went, so I spoke with my delivery specialist. She said production hadn't even started yet. Got a message a couple days later that 5/25 was "the" date, she could see it on her end. Of course, no go there, either.
I'm scheduled for 6/5 now. Who knows what will happen, but I'm pretty irritated at the lack of communication/update. Is this a typical delivery experience for you vets? I'm sure it's worth the wait, but...
