Looks like my hopes of getting an August delivery are gone so I'll have to renew my tabs on the M3.

EDD shift from 8/27-9/16 to 9/2-9/20. +6/+4 day adjustment which is different from the usual +1/+1 changes

The front end of my EDD moved back 7 days but now has a shorter time window: Sep 19 - 30. It had been Sep 12- 30 for more than a week.

With my manufacture experience I think Tesla might be running at least 2 production lines

It’d be normal for them to consolidate the same configuration and run it all at once to reduce the cost of change over. In what order though? That would be the million dollar question but I think in color stand point it’s probably from light to dark

they actually have 4 production lines in Fremont

We ordered the same day, and I have the exact same EDD now.

And the last 4 days it has shifted back one day for every passing day. (not that unusual based on seeing others experiences)

But the daily changes (compared to the infrequent updates earlier) seems to be indicate they are doing something to rejigger their EDD predictor system.

Tesla mentione that my Delivery wil be sometime in September, but I've also heard that they generally deliver earlier.

Q1 - Is it true that they delivery earlier in like 4 weeks or so ?
Q2 - Whats the Interest rate they are offering on loan ?
Q3 - Is there a checklist of items to see for Model Y defeciencies ?

I ordered my LR Y on June 12 and estimated delivery is pushed back to middle-late November even though all my pre-delivery tasks are done. It might be awhile.

I ordered 7/18 and EDD moved to Oct. 26-Nov.15th now. I wish I could refrain from checking all the time

I think bc we’re in SoCal, we get the cars at the end of the quarter. So, they might be pushing all of ours who ordered by July 15 to be delivered then! Fingers crossed!!

Yup, I just put my current insurance down with my wife's car on it. I'll add the Tesla to it in 2035 when I finally get my car.
