The thing is the information (as accurate or inaccurate as it is) can and likely will change. So it's actually pretty useless (sadly).
That's definitely a good sign. Seems like they're doing their usually push for the end of quarter sales.
There is no true formula with Tesla. More often than not, any change is likely to restart your queue. There have been folks who made changes to their order but for whatever reason, had no impact to the queue.

This morning my late November to early December EDD moved up to early November to late November
i ordered around same time. my EDD holding steady at "nov 15 to dec 5" since august 30th.
I’m June 6 and it was telling me Dec 16-Jan 5. Now just went blank…So basically it looks like I’m the only June order here with a nov 20-dec 20 edd???? Who are we kidding with the dec 20.. it’s going to get pushed to 2022 for sure
I know it seems like a good sign but until I get a VIN it doesn't mean much after waiting for 99 days.
I think Heisenberg was corrupted by Breaking Bad. I sprained my wrist repeatedly refreshing the Tesla website, but my October 24 - November 13 EDD hasn't changed since August 30.
You must not be observing hard enough or it’s changing so quickly, it looks the same. Haha
