Yes, Elon tweets aspirational time. That's rarely more than retrospective time. You are using absolute human time, however the Tweet was made in relation to Elon's time frame reference. History has proven that in almost all cases Elon's time frame reference runs at a MUCH slower pace than our time frame reference.
THAT'S IT!and flying cars in 2 years, and Fusion in 10 years,
I think that you'd be surprised how much it costs to take an Uber in places like NYC.I think I'd rather spend $15K on uber rides. Mobileye please come to the rescue.
I wouldn’t spend $15k on FSD but I certainly would rather spend the same bag of $$ on FSD than Uber. FSD is much more entertaining.I think I'd rather spend $15K on uber rides. Mobileye please come to the rescue.
This price hike contributes to the validity of my previous speculation that Tesla wants to sell fewer FSD add-ons at higher prices. At this price point, I'd be surprised that many people would even consider buying it. The subscription model seems to be what Tesla wants to use for FSD.I wouldn’t spend $15k on FSD but I certainly would rather spend the same bag of $$ on FSD than Uber. FSD is much more entertaining.
I have plenty of uber receipts in NYC to know how much it costs, but as you know, the subway works well there. Wife prefers comfort of uber over subway, but I prefer subway.I think that you'd be surprised how much it costs to take an Uber in places like NYC.
But that wasn't your point.I have plenty of uber receipts in NYC to know how much it costs, but as you know, the subway works well there.

You got a point there. My wife reminded me yesterday that the upcoming FSD price change is 5 times more than my first brand new car off the lot. Yes, I was born in the Fred Flintstone era Ok, to be fair and accounting for inflation. FSD is $3,000 less than my first car. BUT I got a WHOLE CAR for that priceI think I'd rather spend $15K on uber rides.
...but you had to supply your own drivetrain back then Mr. Flintstone..... Yes, I was born in the Fred Flintstone era Ok, to be fair and accounting for inflation. FSD is $3,000 less than my first car. BUT I got a WHOLE CAR for that price
Yeah, I'd say the price hasn't REALLY changed until the subscription price changes. This price hike contributes to the validity of my previous speculation that Tesla wants to sell fewer FSD add-ons at higher prices. At this price point, I'd be surprised that many people would even consider buying it. The subscription model seems to be what Tesla wants to use for FSD.
As long as you read my posts and respond? Im good!I have you on ignore too, but the UI gives you the option to unhide. and on occasions like this, it's entertaining to see why someone else responded to you the way they did.
yea, I figured someone would be saying that There are a whole lot other things I had to do to. The worst part compared to today was having to drive across the USA with a map on the dash and even it was not always correct.
