Entitlements rarely go away once they’re signed. We may see the jackboot collection agent provision get cut if we’re lucky though.
Yeah I don't think it'll be in jeopardy, however I remember Tsla getting a boost when the house and senate were both blue in Jan of 2021. Now we have a pretty substantial retracement and highest volume for a long while happened on election night. Just trying to find a reason here.

Based on comments I’ve heard from people who otherwise don’t care or know much about Tesla or twitter there’s definitely damage to undo.

Eh, you need to find better sources of info than the Tesla FUD queen Lora Kolodny, even if this article seems to be mostly accurate.
A theory which some rabidly and whole heartedly believe but have zero proof of.

I wonder if he just bought out Saudi Arabia. The threat of a DOJ investigation into their fractional ownership probably didn't sit well.
Saudis brought 34,948,975 shares in equity, $1.9B at the $54.20 price.
