Sorry, replying to your older one.. few people at work in our EV Slack channel were keen and managed to snag what they wanted. Apparently AWD were gone in a few minutes, and the rest within an hour. Now they have a who knows long wait until they actually get the car.
Someone else already got one delivered from the first batch - they say it's pretty good competition for the Model Y in terms of size and features (if you exclude pie in the sky stuff like FSD). Apparently though Hyundai is even worse at communicating order status than Tesla can be, so the folks in this batch likely have a long quiet wait ahead of them.
