I had something similar happen.
I got a loan via Alliant on my own but, for some reason, it showed in as two separate transactions in the payments module, which prevented me from paying the vehicle fully via My Tesla. Even though they were okay with bringing a personal check to the delivery appointment, I ended up bringing a cashier's check as I wanted to be safer than sorry.
It was actually kind of nice because, if the car was not of delivery quality, I would have pulled that physical check away until they fixed it. Thankfully, I didn't have to do that.
I did bring it up to the Delivery Specialist but she said that was a somewhat common issue, not to worry, and to bring a check in at the delivery appointment.
