Those are pretty good. I'm getting £1450 from Direct Line. Hastings Direct is better at £845. I'm 36 though. Direct line have aways been twice any other quote over the years for any car I've had, I must just come up as a high risk in their computer for some reason.

Just come off the phone from Joseph, one of only 4 tesla specialists at directline.
Got quoted £476 for a P85D and £693 for an 85D.
Yes you read right - for reasons unknown the system is giving him 200 quid more for the lower powered 85d.
My range rover is currently £600 so I'm stunned by this price.
Im 41, 10y NCB no points one claim.
Josephs team are on 0800 051 0036.

I think I'll give them a ring. See if they can explain why I get such a high quote for just an S75. I do only have 6yrs NCD and one small claim, which would boost it up a bit. But to be £1k more than your P85D will take some explaining.

Got a quote from novo.£1225 expensive but for once in my life I decided not to skimp on price and to go with them due to myBiggest worry of a write off scenario I will get an agreed value of the full cost of the car as opposed to market value.plus fully comp to drive any other cars .tesla courtesy car even if at fault.european insurance included.tesla approved repair centre only. etc.
Knowing my luck I'd normally pay the cheapest and loose thousands on the market value.if the worst happens

Gap insurance is the thing for you if you bought the car recent ish and from a vat registered company.

One off payment and valid for up to 5 years. No excess and if you get Return to Invoice cover they will give you all your dough back including the depreciation. That can be sizable after 5 years.

Ive used car2cover but there are loads out there that are competitively priced.

Got my used P85D in September 2016 and searched for a decent quotation. In the end I was recommended to NFU mutual. They were very helpful and quoted £464.41. My details that stage were: 69 years old with maximum NCB car kept in locked garage with estimated annual mileage of 15000. This year it has increased to £503.29! I was a little surprised and decided to check to see whether I could better their price - no success so I've stayed with them.
