UPDATE: after a brutal 8-week long wait (was initially told 4-6 weeks), I finally took delivery of my P85+ CPO yesterday.... car drives great and was in fantastic condition and pick-up/delivery process at service center was A+.
However, the refurbishment process and customer service during this period was horrendous and I really think Tesla needs to get its act together here to ensure long-term / happy / returning customers. Like I said I don't blame BP service center staff they are just overwhelmed with deliveries, I just wish corporate would do something about it.
