The stainless steel looks like crap and that’s why they are offering these wraps. Knowing Tesla there will be different stainless steel panels everywhere. Some with swirls some without.
Is your comment on stainless steel based on seeing the Cybertuck in person? The stainless steel looks like crap and that’s why they are offering these wraps. Knowing Tesla there will be different stainless steel panels everywhere. Some with swirls some without.
I like DeLorean look, though the styling did not age all that well. The ones I saw in person always looked worse for the wear.I always liked the look of the DeLorean. I'll give Tesla then benefit of the doubt for now. Hopefully they are doing the polishing with robots and the results will be uniform. I am hoping that the patchwork panels that we have seen on the RCs were either quickly done by hand, or they are testing different techniques in the wild to see how the hold up.
and Airstream is known for *decades* for top notch QC and attention to detail...That’s aluminum.
Probably later. We had to wait a while after the Gigatexas release of the AWD MY before pricing and specs were made public. My question is whether we're going to have to wait until November 30 to learn the final prices and specs.
Launch is (finally) Imminent.
Nov 30 launch date.

Back to 250,000 production confirmed on call starting 2025
Don't know where you got that quote from. The 8,501 - 10,000 estimate from 2019 based on expected vehicle class is the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). That is fully loaded capacity NOT curb weight.
If a vehicle exceeds 10,000 that impacts commercial use, so they would certify at the lower classification.
