Same as a Model 3? Use hockey pucks.

Yup thats the quickest easiest.
I did order a nice set of the magnetic ones designed for my car (MS). But the good old hockey pucks are just as good in the end.

The MS specific magnetic hold 3D printed ones with red base and rubberized bottom are always on the eecky bay.

I like mine so much that I have a spare one in trunk for emergencies, but I swap wheel/tire sets every October/April
here in OH.

Yeah, what Bill says... Hockey pucks. Luckily I play so I have a big bucket of pucks, usually stack 2 on top of each other to jack the car up.
