They say "Price with $7,500 Federal Tax Credit" in the panel on the right (which also includes the $1170 destination charge) if you click the "cash" button.

Yes, but they do not say that in the boxes where you choose your battery type.

IMHO, if they want to continue to play that game, they really should put an asterisks on the prices. It's just not true that the 85 kWh battery version is $72400, so it should not be listed that way.

The other changes are good (well except the 2-3 month delivery times of the S85 )

Well no one should kid themselves. Maybe P85+ is 1 month priority. Most of us who are P85 seem to be taking ~2 months delivery. Tex is about the last person I recall hearing who got their car anywhere near 1 month.

Emm, I don't know about P85+ even being one month. I confirmed on 9/24 and they have tentatively scheduled 11/19 delivery. Almost 2 months.... and it is still tentative.

I'm going out on a limb and saying the European delivers are slowing down the US deliveries quiet a bit. Also it seems that CA deliveries seems to be much faster.

Yes, a good chunk of Oct builds are European, so US will have longer wait times. Factory will be quite busy over the next few months (as several closures for Holidays). End of year push...

I think the +'s are delivering in a month. I ordered mine 7/1/13 and took delivery 7/29/13.

They haven't been recently, unfortunately. The 5 or 6 recent + orders on the boards have noted just under 2 month delivery times since the EU orders started up.

I hope they build a plant in Europe in the near future--that would solve a lot of those issues.

GM, Ford, Peugeot and VW all have plant closures coming.

Well I'm sure Tesla is planning those plants and I'd not be surprised if they organize a low bidding match between plant owners and governments on the benefits. Getting a major car production plant might be very beneficial for local government so tax credits etc might be coming
