Maybe they need to spread out the 1000+ downloads either randomly or based on models, locations, etc. I got 100 331 miles, 2018 MX, bay area, no email or download yet. Hope we'll all get it soon!

No, he's replying to WMC's tweet.

I interpret this as: WMC said no more NDA (email saying so was sent to original Beta testers tonight I assume)…the NDA has been “dropped.” And Elon compared it to TP (meaning the NDAs are being shredded and converted to toilet paper I think).

This is all speculation and just my impression.
