Model 3 Software Update 46.2

Between the fancy charge port door, the lock pin, the app and the car display interface, there is a lot that can go awry. Winter just makes things that much more likely to not work properly.

I'm sure things will improve with time but for now I'm trying to keep things as simple as I can for the car:

• If at all possible, charging during the day when it is sunny and there is no ice or snow on the car
• Paying attention when I pull my J1772 handle with adapter out of the port: I click on the release, wait ~ one second and then pull the adaptor and J1772 out together.
• Charging up to 275 miles so that I have enough to commute to work 3 times. Last week the car would not charge after I inserted the plug but the car resolved the problem by itself by the next day. So at least during the winter I have changed by behavior to opportunity charging rather than waiting until the SoC is low-ish.

Anyone else having a problem with 46.2 forgetting streaming favorites every time the car is turned on? It's forgetting all but one (the one I care about least, of course).

I have noticed the auto dimmer working much better than previous update. Anyone experiencing the same? Also my Wh/mi seems to have decreased in colder weather even with heat ventilating although that could just be me...

Actually, I was having that problem UNTIL this or the last upgrade. No longer am I losing my Tune-In streaming favorite stations.

I am also still on 42.2.1. Good to know I am not the only one.

I'm still on 42.4. I don't really want the cold weather features so I'm okay not having the new update.

Just got the update tonight and was hoping this was fixed. Glad to see it did for you and hope that holds true for me when I check it tomorrow.

Fyi my LEMUR (medium range) just updated to 46.2 a few minutes ago It was delivered on 45.something. I thought I'd report it since initially the MR seemed to have a build others didn't.

Drove 46.2 tonight and it does seem that the dimming on the mirrors isn't as dark as before, definitely a welcome change.
